At Ghazali perfumes, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our refund and return policy is here to assist you.

Return Eligibility

 

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Samples and trial-sized products.

How to Return an Item

 

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at ghazaliperfume@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Packing and Shipping: Pack the items securely in their original packaging. Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the return package to the address provided in the return authorization instructions.

Shipping Costs

 

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Refund Process

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 4 working days.

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at ghazaliperfume@gmail.com

Late or Missing Refunds

 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
